Adstack improvement to +70% uplift to revenue

Transfermarkt was looking to develop their adstack with a multi-layer mediation in the header bidding, incl. Google Open Bidding, AmazonTAM and Prebid. On top of that they would like to connect a lot more programmatic demand and needed assistance to identify the right partners, integrate on an optimal setup and negotiate the most favorable terms. The task also involved training of employees to independently manage the adserver and mediation setup, in order to become self-sufficient and continuously identify new growth opportunities. Mamuka formulated a detailed business plan on behalf of Transfermarkt to make sure they would reach their goals and vision. Thereafter we supported them on the journey to transform their ad monetization strategy to a new level – both in terms of adsales, adoperations and adtech. The result was a robust adstack which connects all available sales channels for selling digital ads and constitute a strong foundation for stable earnings and sustainable growth. Our training of employees was comprehensible and covered all aspects of the adserver and general market knowledge. It ran in parallel with the implementation and generally consisted of a free-flowing dialogue between the parties, except for some in-depths sessions on topics that required extensive walkthrough. Our goal was to ensure self-sufficiency within their team to manage all aspects of the operations and more importantly foster a culture of innovation and continuous growth. As part of our commitment, we worked diligently to identify, negotiate, and integrate the largest programmatic partners in the industry. Our strategic approach aimed to bring in top-notch demand partners, elevating Transfermarkt's ad revenue and market presence. In alignment with this approach we ensured the partners’ business and strategic fit based on a thorough evaluation and review Transfermarkt’s product and adstack setup. The task extended to multiple improvements that optimized revenue streams and operational efficiency for each individual partner. Throughout our collaboration, we addressed technical challenges to minimize ad performance issues, delivering a seamless and efficient ad experience for Transfermarkt's users.
